Ciprofloxacin (Esomeprazole)
Ciprofloxacin is a strong fluoroquinolone antibiotic highly effective against Gram-negative bacteria. It stops bacterial DNA replication, rapidly clearing infections. It is a drug of choice for complicated urinary tract infections, severe gastrointestinal infections, and bone and joint infections.
Levofloxacin (Pantoprazole)
Levofloxacin is a potent, broad-spectrum fluoroquinolone antibiotic used for severe or difficult-to-treat infections. It works by inhibiting bacterial DNA replication, causing rapid bacterial death. It is often prescribed for pneumonia, complicated urinary tract infections, and severe sinus infections when other antibiotics are ineffective.
Cephalexin (Omeprazole)
Cefalexin is a widely used first-generation cephalosporin antibiotic. It is highly effective against Gram-positive bacteria and is commonly prescribed for skin infections, urinary tract infections, and mild respiratory infections. It kills bacteria by interfering with their cell wall synthesis.
