ASQ Infant and Toddler Development Assessment
The full name is Ages & Stages Questionnaires, which is a tool developed by a renowned American psychologist and his team for assessment. The ASQ assessment is already widely used in the United States. Its purpose is to identify developmental delays in children aged 0-5 years as early as possible. In recent years, the application of ASQ and research in this area have also increased internationally.

The ASQ can be used for children from 1 month to 66 months old.

Assessment process
The ASQ is a questionnaire that is given to parents and caregivers to complete. Once completed, it is submitted to healthcare professionals for assessment and scoring. The scores are divided into three levels. If the score is above the standard, it indicates that the child's development is normal. If the score is close to or slightly below the standard, it indicates that the child needs more training and learning opportunities, and also requires regular follow-up appointments. If the score is significantly below the standard, this signifies that the child has a marked developmental delay, and a professional team needs to continue with follow-up.
We will make appropriate referrals depending on the areas where the child is weaker, for example, if the child is weaker in muscle development, we may need to find a physiotherapist or occupational therapist for a detailed assessment and training; if they have poor speech expression, then we may need to find a speech therapist for a detailed assessment and to receive training.Children's speech therapy
