Research has shown an upward trend in allergies among Hongkongers, with one in three children suffering from at least one allergy. For patients sensitive to milk who are found to have antibody reactions only to these two types of molecular proteins, heating the milk before consumption can significantly reduce the risk of triggering an allergy. This shows that patients with milk sensitivity do not need to completely cut out all dairy products after undergoing allergen molecule testing for their allergies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
